Indoor Program

Ages: 7 - 18

Practice Begins: Kent County -

  • Kent Division practice: Tuesday & Thursday Old State Middle School — 6:30pm - 8:00pm

  • New Castle Division practice: Monday and Wednesdays at Tower Hill School — 6:30pm - 8:00pm

    • Participants will learn the sport of Track and Field in a positive and supportive environment

    • Training includes speed, agility, strength, team work and endurance

    • Participants train or compete in local meets and USATF/AAU Indoor Nationals

Pee Wee

Ages: 2 - 6

  • Wilmington practice location : Tower Hill High School Tuesdays & Thursdays — 6:00pm- 7:30pm

  • Newark practice location : Newark High School Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00pm to 7:30pm

  • Kent County (Smyrna) location: Tuesdays and Thursdays: Smyrna High School — 6:30pm - 8:00pm

  • Kent & Sussex County location: Mondays & Wednesdays : Polytech High School -6pm to 7:30

  • Participants will learn the sport of Track and Field in a positive and supportive environment

  • Training includes speed, agility, strength, team work and endurance

    • Cost: $250/1st athlete | $225/2nd athlete (10% sibling discount)

    • High School Athletes Registering May 29 or after Cost $125 | Registration is final, NO REFUNDS
